Return Policy
Learn about our product return guidelines, exchange criteria, and refund procedures.
This Return and Refund policy is applicable for shopping via the official Bio Tech website only.
- We shall provide our best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy in the product(s) delivered and the customer wishes for a return and refund, please email us on our official website within seven (7) days of receiving the product(s). We will contact you regarding procedures for the return and refund. The customer is advised to wait for our further instruction before taking action.
- If the customer opts for replacement or exchange of product(s), the affected products MUST be returned to us as directed. All replacements or exchanges of product(s) are subject to stock availability.

Return, exchange, or refund can be arranged under the following conditions:
- If the product(s) has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
- If the product(s) is out of date or expired; or
- If the wrong product(s) (different from the order) is delivered.
The customer shall return the aforesaid product(s) in its original condition, quantity, and packaging as it was first delivered, together with proof of order, payment, and delivery.
- If a product that was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, we shall either refund the customer the value of that product or replace the product accordingly.
- If a product that was not included in the customer's order is delivered to the customer, we shall arrange to collect back the product.
- If the customer has been charged for a product that was not delivered, we shall refund the customer the value originally charged.
- If the customer is charged more than the value of the product as displayed on the official website when making the order, we shall refund the variance.
- The return of a product by a customer does not automatically warrant a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If the criteria have been met, a refund will be made, and we will reimburse the customer for courier charges (provided the courier payment slip is furnished).
- All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Processing times depend on your financial institution's policies, and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred due to processing delays at your bank.
- The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product(s) to be returned until it reaches us. We will not be liable for any loss or damage prior to receipt. Customers are advised to pack the products safely.
